Custom Orders

What We Offer

We accommodate special requests within the scope of our core product textures. Available customizations include:

HD Lace Options:

• • HD lace frontals
  • HD lace closures

Wig Customizations:

• • HD Lace Frontal 
  • HD Full Lace 
  • V-Part Wigs
  • Higher density (200% and above)
  • Small and large cap sizes (stock is medium)
  • Medical Wigs (Insurance Accepted)

Clip-In & Weft Adjustments:

• • Higher density clip-ins
  • Longer or shorter lengths beyond our standard 16”, 18”, 20”

Note: Custom orders must use our existing Miix Mii signature textures and shades.

Order Schedule & Timeline

Custom orders are placed on the second and fourth Monday of each month.

Production Timeline:

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 4–6 weeks from the order date for production and fulfillment. You’ll receive email updates along the way.

How to Submit a Custom Request

Review Your Options:

Decide which product and customization you’d like based on the list above.

Fill Out Our Custom Order Form:

Submit your request below. Include details such as:

• Texture
• Length
• Shade
• Product Type 
• Wig cap size (if applicable)
• Density 

Approval & Payment:

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm availability and send an invoice. Payment must be received before your order is added to our Monday cycle. All custom orders are final sale.
